My New Life Goal

Thanks to an e-mail from Christina, I have a new goal in life - to be able to drink a beer through my nose.

Just like this guy, who owns the Sardine Can bar in Green Bay:



Also, it appears that after being owned by Google for just over a year, doodles have finally infected YouTube. Happy Halloween!

Blog Action Day!

I almost forgot that I promised I would blog today. Since I'm headed to bed, a quick thought about the environment...

We waste SO much paper every day, and there are countless ways the Internet can reduce or eliminate the need for paper. I used to spend a lot of time trying new stuff on the web and blogging about my experiences, and I'm sorry that I haven't made the time to do that lately.

I'm passionate about reducing the amount of paper my readers waste, so I pledge to focus more time in the future writing about ways you can reduce your environmental impact by more effectively using the plethora of tools available online.

One of my b-day gifts from Kristi was a ceramic replica of the iconic "We are happy to serve you" paper coffee cup. The bottom of the box mentioned treehugger.com, which is my newest RSS subscription. Stay tuned!

  • I think we should eliminate all magazines and put all the info online instead. That way, we'd save millions of trees each year.
