Devil Made Me Do It

After some illegal driving and getting lost on the ASU campus, we finally made it to Cereality for breakfast this morning. The concoction I had was so good, I named this post after it...

  • 12 oz. Cocoa Puffs
  • 12 oz. Lucky Charms
  • 2 generous scoops of chocolate milk crystals
  • 4 generous scoops of malted milk balls
  • 12 seconds of milk from the machine

Susan's was also delectable, but doesn't get further recognition due to the presence of some non-approved cereal. We headed north in the brand new Dodge Neon, stopping at Montezuma's Castle en route to Sedona, AZ. We spent the day checking out all the beautiful scenery and doing a little shopping, and then crashed the Festival of Lights at Tlaquepaque.

I was baffled when the rental car key chain had a grocery store VIP card on it, but I can't complain about the $4.58 it saved me on tonight's wine-and-soy-based-snacks run. I better get back upstairs before said wine gets warm!

  • Wasn't Sedona beautiful? We stayed right next to Tla... where you went to the festival of lights. We walked over there one day and took pictures, looked at the beautiful art and jewelry. Enjoy the rest of your visit. Jan

  • Okay, the malted milk balls put me over the edge. I'm thoroughly disgusted!! How could you function on that breakfast? And I'm not saying this as a mom like : "You need a nutritious breakfast" because I had Reese's Puffs (approved?), but Cocoa Puffs mixed with Lucky Charms?? And I don't even want to know what chocolate milk crystals are....they make me think of Folger's crystals which, no matter what the commercials say, can not pass for coffee from the best restarants. And then, as I said.....malted milk balls. BARF!!!!!!! Can't stand the things.....and you put them on your cereal??? You've imprinted this awful concoction on my brain and I'm completely scarred!!

Okay I'm done. Need to go get a lobotomy now so my life can go on!

  • I'm feeling a little bad, my last two comments on your blog haven't been very nice. Perhaps I need to practice the old adage: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

  • I will not follow the "can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" because I'd end up being very quiet. So how the hell did you know about this Cereality place anyway? I'm hoping that it's b/c of work because if you just found this on your own you're a big loser.
