Nick's comment gave me an excuse to create a diagram of all blogs I'm aware of that were at least in some small part created as a result of The Myth. Please inform me of anything I may have missed, or credit that I shouldn't be taking...
Links to these and more are part of the "blogroll" over on the right. I should go one step further and give credit to Clara, who can take credit for getting me over the "should I blog" hump.

Okay I felt compelled "after" posting my comment (twice, in fact due to blogger glitches) to actually look up the word "pariah" Here's what I found:
pa·ri·ah n.
1. A social outcast: “Shortly Tom came upon the juvenile pariah of the village, Huckleberry Finn, son of the town drunkard” (Mark Twain).
2. An Untouchable.
I guess I was trying to convey the second meaning. My original thought was to use the word "celebrity". I guess that's what I get for trying to sound learn-ed.
