Whoops

I was supposed to go to a board meeting for the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the University of Minnesota Alumni Association this morning, but instead I went to McDonalds in search of their delicious hangover-curing grease...

Last evening started out innocently enough, trying to squeeze in 18 holes of golf before it got dark. I wasn't exactly prepared for the cooler of beer Drew pulled out of his ass, but I drank it like a good boy. Then we met up with Karen & Gretchen, and it must have been the Flaming Dr. Pepper that did me in. I must have passed out on the floor while playing with Pekoe, and woke up around 4 AM to find him upstairs chewing on dirty laundry (no surprise there).

I think its time to move the party to Jitterz - home of bottomless Jesus Mountain coffee and free DSL.

  • If it makes you feel any better, I had great academic endeavors to attend to on Saturday as well, but the fact that I went to bed at roughly 4am after I night in good ol’ Downtown La Crosse definitely hindered my ability to get work done.
