Grateful Brad

I've been working on a bottle of Jerry Garcia Merlot over the past few days, and it seems to be mellowing out nicely as it oxidizes - you should go pick up a bottle, if for no other reason than the pretty art on the labels...

I wonder if Wade & Ali have enjoyed theirs yet? OK so I'm fishing for comments there, but recent comments from long lost high school classmates have me all excited about using my blog to connect and engage with people. Frankly, it's a lot more interesting for me to have a conversation with my readers than just post and hope they keep coming back.

That being said, I read lots of blog posts without commenting so don't feel obligated or anything...

• Oh, yes, hi Brad. This is...um...your old pal from the elementary school that you, I mean we, went to. It's so crazy that you have this blog...cuz...I asked Jeeves to find me something on Jerry Garcia. You know, to do a report for my...Jerry Garcia class at school. Anyway, up pooped this blog and I was like, "Holy Crap. I think I used to give that kid wedgies in the 2nd Gradergarten!" Anyway, I'm doing well. I'm living with my Cousin and his baby's Momma in Stockton, CA. It would be cool to see you some time but I know it's a long trip from Wisconsin. If only you lived a little closer. Anyway, hope all is well. Say hello to that girlfriend you couldn't stop talking about back in high school.
