"You Guys Get A Lot of Rain Here"

I made a goal of playing golf 6 times during this 2 week vacation, and last night was round #2. Rich, Dan & I took a chance with the weather and played Parkview Golf Club last night - and got rained on.

No updates since Sunday - it's been nice to go "low tech" for awhile, but I broke down and spent a couple hours on the Tablet at Panera this morning. We slept way in on Monday, but got up in time to spend the afternoon with my mentor in Chanhassen - I had never seen Paisley Park before so that was cool too.

Rich and I were all over Halo 2 on the Xbox Tuesday - I'm not much of a gamer but still managed to stay up killing aliens past 2 AM. Becca took the day off, so we lunched at Olive Garden where the canneloni was good but the coffee was disappointing.

I'm heading to the American Sports Cafe this evening for $5 all you can consume Pizza & Miller High Life, and then on to the Twins game! See you there.

  • How I do miss the American. I too participated in $5 all you can drink special. Although the special I had went all night and you could get domestics, rails or long islands. Needless to say I made a random stop for food last night---gotta love drunken meal time.
