Our neighbor's house has officially been flipped - click the image for more pictures:

This house is identical to ours - I can't belive they are asking 58% more than what we paid 15 months ago...

  • Two things--think of all the improvements you have made--especailly the painting and the patio, that will certainly increase the resale value---if I had guess I would say a professional probably helped you with that.
Second thing, that sure is a crazy new setup for the blog, I had to recheck the address to make sure it was in the right place. I need a heads up for this sort of thing, I am just a simple man living in small town USA.

  • I really like the bar at the right side with the CDs you've recently purchased (or just thought about purchasing). I just bought the Herbie Hancock CD. A Joss Stone/Jonny Lang duet?!?! I'll take two.
