Ch Ch Ch Changes

Whew, quite a bit has changed since the last time I wrote. Susan is no longer a Californian, and our house is for sale (under 2 MLS numbers, woohoo).

There won't be pictures until early next week, but this listing says we have 93 acres, a steal for $285K if you ask me. The other listing makes no such claim, but does claim that we have "Ceramic kitchen counter, Laminate kitchen counter" - what is that Ikea stuff anyways?
