A Trainer In Your Ear
Matt's del.icio.us account pointed me to iTrain, downloadable mp3 workouts that you can play on your iPod while running, biking, lifting weights, you name it. The concept is pretty interesting, since I always have my iTank with me at the gym.

Does anyone know someone who has actually forked over the money to try one of these?

I actually bought one of the iTrain's but haven't used it yet - figured it be handy in hotels with subpar workout facilities.

The best audio-guided workouts for cardio are cardiocoach workouts from www.cardiocoach.com.
itrain has good workouts too, lots of options, cardio, strength, strech, yoga etc. For cardio, I always reach for cardiocoach and use iclimbs from itrain. I , also use itreads, but am not terribly fond of that music.
