Thirsty?
According to this NYT article, you should reach for (in the following order):
- Water (duh)
- Coffee or tea
- Alcohol (yaay!)
- Low-fat milk
I'm especially intrigued by that "a study of more than 600 men suggested that drinking three cups of coffee a day protects against age-related memory and thinking deficits" and drinking tea "may...help prevent kidney stones." Have you ever tried Lipton Diet Green Tea with Citrus? Yum. I think it's going to be added to my list of frequently-purchased beverages... - Skim milk
- Bottled water (for coffee)
- Diet Pepsi
- Diet Mountain Dew

I absolutely LOVE Lipton Diet Citrus Green Tea. It's amazing. Unfortunately, I can never bring myself to buy it because it's so expensive.
I did find the recipe on TopSecretRecipes.com, and I bought the tea. I'll let you know how it goes.
