Save the Airlines Whenver I fly, I check in online ahead of time and print my boarding pass. Except for that one time, when I was camping in Yosemite and didn't have access to a computer, and ended up missing my flight and sleeping in a chair at SFO. But I digress... Since the boarding pass takes up less than one sheet of paper, it occurred to me that the airlines should sell advertising on the rest. A coupon for one of the many restaurants or retailers I walk past on the way to gate G92? Think of all the relevant impressions, given that I often double and triple check that I've got my boarding pass while packing. Doing my part to offset rising fuel costs... Labels: advertising, nwa
