Chatting with HP
The touchpad on Kristi's laptop is acting silly, so I've been chatting with HP to try and resolve it...
Kason : May I know if you have installed the applications. Brad Johnson : yes, i installed both Brad Johnson : and the problem did not go away Kason : It is so unfortunate to hear.
Update: they recommended a full system recovery due to an undetectable virus:
Kason : To resolve the issue, I recommend you to take a full system recovery Brad Johnson : what virus is it related to? Kason : The virus may have effected the booting drivers for the touchpad, Brad Johnson : do you know the name of the virus? Kason : I am afraid, Brad.Labels: funny
